1. Notice of cancellation must be sent as a letter or via email, or given in person at the University Sports Centre’s office. The date of cancellation shall be the date on which the letter or email is received by the University Sports Centre, or the day on which you personally appear at the University Sports Centre’s office.
2. Cancellations received 14 or more days prior to the commencement of the course will incur a cancellation fee of 5% of the course fee, but no less than a processing fee of EUR 5.
3. Cancellations received later than 14 days prior to the commencement of the course will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee, but no less than a processing fee of EUR 5.
4. Cancellations received after the commencement of the course will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the course fee, but no less than a processing fee of EUR 5.
5. The cancellation fee may be waived if the participant withdrawing from the service can assign their rights and duties under the original agreement to another person prior to the commencement of the course or event, or if the space that has become available due to the withdrawal is taken by another person via the University Sports Centre’s booking system.
6. In any case of cancellation, a processing fee of EUR 5 will be incurred.

The date of cancellation shall be the date on which the letter or email is received by the University Sports Centre, or the day on which you personally appear at the University Sports Centre’s office or personally contact the University Sports Centre employee responsible for the trip.
2. Cancellations received 28 or more days prior to the commencement of the trip will incur a cancellation fee of EUR 30, regardless of the booking price.
3. Cancellations received between the twenty-eighth and fourteenth day prior to the commencement of the trip will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the price specified in the programme description for the trip.
4. Cancellations received later than 14 days prior to the commencement of the trip will incur a cancellation fee of 80% of the price specified in the programme description for the trip.
5. If sports trips offered by the University Sports Centre involve services from third-party service providers (e.g. accommodation rental, catering, rental of sports equipment, deployment of teaching staff/instructors), the terms of cancellation specified in the Terms and Conditions of the respective service providers shall apply if these are associated with higher compensatory claims than those resulting from the application of the regulations set out above in clauses 2 to 4.

Participants have no right to change the selected course, event or sports trip once the booking process has been completed. Transfer requests should be addressed to the appropriate coordinator/ head of the respective sport.
