Everyday life at university, especially during the examination and exam phase, is very challenging: sitting in the (online) lecture or at the desk the whole time. There is little time for sports and exercise.
We want that to change and therefore offer you the free online offers for a moving break. will help you achieve more mindfulness and conscious relaxation between teaching and learning phases! Lunch yoga, lunch meditation or Qi Gong
Exercise has also been shown to help reduce stress and increase blood flow to the brain! This will get you back in shape for the next learning session.
