It is located in the basement of the old main building (S1 03, rooms 071/072) at the City Campus. It is designed for small group workouts with a maximum of 9 participants.

We create the perfect training plan for you!
- Start with an introductory session,
- Continue with flexible training during the available “Free Training” times. You can either use the 10-session pass or schedule a fixed training time that suits you.
- You are welcome to come by and try a session once, as long as there are available spots. This allows you to experience the training before committing.
- Start your training at any time
